Holistic, transformational coaching & counselling that empowers you to create meaningful change in any aspect of your life. In recent years I have taken a deep dive focus into understanding and management/healing from pain as well as trainings in specialist women’s coaching. My wish is to provide personalized support that helps you navigate challenges, tap into your inner strength, and step into a life of balance, fulfillment, and vitality. Together, we’ll uncover the tools and mindset shifts that allow you to thrive.
Both these therapies are truly astounding in their ability to promote deep healing. When you allow the space for your nervous system to rest and restore, so much takes place to replenish in body and mind. I am so often blown away by the transformation that takes place through such simple and natural means.
We see Yoga and somatic movement as an essential tool for modern day life. By focusing on the optimal functional movement of the body, as well as the balance of the nervous system, these practices promote deep relaxation and balance. Allowing the body to release stored tension and restore its natural flow through mindful movement, we can support resilience, flexibility, and strength, enabling us to function at our best. And it isn't just about physical strength, but also about cultivating inner calm, restoring connection, and enhancing overall well-being.
I feel that enjoying food is one of the best ways to let food nourish you. And so I don’t believe in restrictive meal plans that feel overwhelming or scary. Nutrition is about nourishing your body for life, and it should work with your lifestyle in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. My approach is about creating manageable, inspiring nutrition plans that guide you toward feeling your best, without the stress. Together, we’ll focus on simple, practical steps to help you fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, health, and vitality and leaves you wanting more of what makes you feel good (spontaneous good food choices really do happen!)
As a senior business leader in a high pressure environment I wanted to take my leaders to learn skills to assist the management of their wellbeing and stressful situations. I was not disappointed. I had some sceptics prior to going to the course, but every member of my team got something different from the session that will work from them. From breathing, to stretching to understanding triggers and how to deal with them. This was a really worthwhile session and something I would totally recommend. Elena is a fantastic instructor, she tailored the session for what we were after and based on the diversity of our team really went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable. My biggest teacher has been my life! As a child I suffered from chronic pain that was diagnosed as 'in my head'. So I took that on board at a young age and looked to natural therapies. They worked so well that it was only a few years ago, after a pretty stressful and distracted time, that I realised the issues were actually in my body after all & due to a genetic condition called Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos, as well as a childhood spinal injury which led to Scoliosis. This has basically given me the gift of needing to practice what I teach in order to function! But once I started, I was hooked and have been a lifelong learner in all the modalities that have kept me well.
